  Quick, to the point, friendly and efficient. Called to make the appt and was able to fill a cancellation. Office staff and nurses are friendly and open to questions and offering assistance. I was in and out with a diagnosis in 15 minutes. Arrived before my initial appointment to turn in paperwork that was sent to me ahead of time. Scheduled surgery for an epidermal cyst removal at initial appt. Surgery went excellent at Alton Memorial Hospital. Registration staff, nurses, Dr. Ahmed and the surgical assistant Jesse were both comforting, quick and efficient. Return visit for removal of stitches, same great service and attentiveness to me. Received a coupon for Mederma to help with scarring. I would go back and recommend anyone I know. This has been one of the easiest, quickest and fair priced doctor I have been to besides my dentist. Thank you Dr. Ahmed and staff very much!
