  Usually fast service. Most of the servers are friendly. The last few times we've been here the food hasn't been great. My children were upset the last few times we've been there we haven't had our shakes in glasses, but styrofoam cups instead. When they asked the server about it she said the glass took too long to cool down after being washed. Moments later the table next to us got shakes in glasses, my girls were not happy about that. We are going to go to the Wood River location next time, hopefully it'll be up to the standards we expect.

  One of the worst experiences due to the service I have had in many years. Waited over 30 min for water. My chili was cold. The shake we ordered didn't arrive till our meal was finished. Never got a water refill. The appearing to be head waiter was pretty much yelling about how much she hated working....THE WHOLE TIME. Also watched her get mad at customers when their order was wrong and then slammed the drinks down and made a disgusting face to another table for no reason.
  
  However the food was good and came out fast. Kitchen staff gets 5 stars!!
