  I spent a total of 15 months (2014-2015) there: one 13 month stint and a 2nd stay after spine surgery. Clean facility. Caring staff. Help with transitioning to my own home. Active Resident Council to voice complaints and changes. Part-time on-site salon. Free weekly manicures. Daily activities. TV in room.
  Food is okay to good. Menu cycles monthly. As with any facilities, residents should have a regular advocate.
  
  The only negative is they wanted everyone to use wheelchairs or walkers to prevent falls. I refused except during my stay when I was mobility impaired.
  
  If you are there for rehab, understand the Medicare/Medicaid rules. The bills mount quickly $4000+ per month.
  
  They have been flexible about monthly payments.
