  I am glad that I have the opportunity to express my views on local vendors as they service our community.
  
  I received the worst service that I have incountered in the
  Alton area from this Rapid Lube on 2620 Washington Ave. The manager was rude and acted though I was interrupting his day by asking for an oil change. Rapid lube normally vaccums the inside front of the vehicle, but this one did nothing. When the service was complete, the manager did not say "Thank You", and just handed me my keys without saying a word. I mean have a good day, here is your keys, thank you for doing business with us, or even get the hell out would have worked. But do say nothing, just sticking the keys out, without a word is unacceptable, and they just lost my business. By the way, this was a corporate account and I will be forwarding this review along to my fleet service.
